Another one on Human Caused Global Warming…Climate Change
I get a huge charge (not a happy charge) out of the change from Global Warming to Climate Change. When the temperatures didn't hold up to the predictions the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) decided that in order to continue promoting taxation to 'share the wealth' they would have to change the lie from Global Warming to Climate Change. I'm reading an e-book that I downloaded for free from Climate Depot. I don't know the science of this problem or even if it is a problem but I do know politicians and look at some of the quotes from the book…
"No matter if the science is all phony, there are collateral environmental benefits….Climate change [provides] the greatest chance to bring about justice and equality in the world."
Christine Stewart, Minister of the Environment of Canada
"Even if the theory of global warming is wrong, we will be doing the right thing — in terms of economic policy and environmental policy."
Tim Wirth , while U.S. Senator, Colorado.
"Nobody is interested in solutions if they don't think there's a problem. Given that starting point, I believe it is appropriate to have an over-representation of factual presentations on how dangerous (global warming) is, as a predicate for opening up the audience to listen to what the solutions are…"
former Vice President Al Gore
"In the United States…we have to first convince the American People and the Congress that the climate problem is real."
former President Bill Clinton in a 1997 address to the United Nations
"We have to offer up scary scenarios, make simplified, dramatic statements, and make little mention of any doubts we may have. Each of us has to decide what the right balance is between being effective and being honest."
Stephen Schneider
There are a couple of other quotes I would also like to include, one is from Adolf Hitler's book Mein Kampf ;
"All this was inspired by the principle–which is quite true in itself–that in the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility; because the broad masses of a nation are always more easily corrupted in the deeper strata of their emotional nature than consciously or voluntarily; and thus in the primitive simplicity of their minds they more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie, since they themselves often tell small lies in little matters but would be ashamed to resort to large-scale falsehoods. It would never come into their heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously. Even though the facts which prove this to be so may be brought clearly to their minds, they will still doubt and waver and will continue to think that there may be some other explanation. For the grossly impudent lie always leaves traces behind it, even after it has been nailed down, a fact which is known to all expert liars in this world and to all who conspire together in the art of lying."
And one from Bertrand Russell in 1952;
"The completeness of the resulting control over opinion depends in various ways upon scientific technique. Where all children go to school, and all schools are controlled by the government, the authorities can close the minds of the young to everything contrary to official orthodoxy."
Given the recent books coming out for K-5 regarding global warming and how bad grown-ups are doing to take care of our planet we may need to take our kids out of government run schools and start teaching them what we want them to learn. I'm not saying I'm smarter than the scientist on the subject of "Climate Change" or economists on "economy" but I am saying that I wouldn't teach my kids revisionist history, I would teach them that they couldn't buy what they didn't have the money for and I would teach them to take care of the planet we live on. This isn't rocket science, if you live in a place you clean up after yourself. We do need people to support the efforts to stop deforestation but I'm not too sure we couldn't be replanting everything we cut to make it sustainable.
We have a right to be on this planet and because we have grown to the point of straining our resources on the planet don't make it time to tax us into population control. If the problem is population then lets address that on an educational level. The third world countries have babies because they want their society to survive…in some countries it takes having 4 to 10 kids to have two or three grow to adulthood. This is where we all came from, in the early days of our Republic it was rare to find a family without at least 6 kids because of how hard it was to survive. Now it's rare to find families (well besides Mormons and Muslims) that have more than 2. And don't give me shit about that being racist, take a look at the family sizes.
Ok now to sum it up a little;
Global Warming-not happening…cooling.
Climate Change-happening
Human Caused Climate Change-happening in tiny, tiny amounts
Mass indoctrination of our kids-happening
Government corruption-happened, happening, going to happen
New government taxes on living-happening
Decline of our society-happening
How to fix it-unknown
