Judge Carter sets trial date for "Obama vs Birthers"

I woke up this morning to another email about Federal Judge Carter
(sorry I don't yet know his first name or address), refusing to dismiss a lawsuit against President Obama ordering him to present his birth certificate and college records for examination by the court. Judge carter states that this is a serious case and the men and women in uniform have a right to know that the Commander-n-Chief issuing orders has the legal authority to do that.All I can say to that is that I believe it is about time to put this thing to bed. No person in his right mind would spend a hundred thousand dollars or more to keep these type of records away from public scrutiny unless there is something to hide. Let’s bring it out into the light and if it’s nothing then let President Obama get on with running the country, if it has merit then let’s get Vice President Biden in there and get criminal Obama out.
