The Time is Right

Oprah is shutting down her show…reported on the 20th I think (I don't watch her show so don't know for sure). Anyway she says she just knows in her bones, and in her soul that it's the right time. Well maybe there are other reasons…

Let's just say for instance that Oprah had an interview with a woman that the liberal left is terrified of…oh I don't know, maybe Sarah Palin, maybe someone else…but for arguments sake let's just use Gov. Palin.

The real reason for fearing Sarah Palin is that she is getting her face on every show, in every media outlet and even being interviewed by left wing liberal talk show hosts. If she uses the money she gets for speaking engagements, her bestselling book, and possibly another book to keep the media pressure on for the next two years (and believe me folks, two years in politics isn't any great period of time…hell look at Arlen Specter), and the President's numbers can't recover from all this drunken sailor spending he and his administration have been doing, who do the liberals have to put up against a well liked, conservative female?

The answer is no one. If Sarah Palin keeps showing herself to be an articulate, well rounded, conservative with good common sense, candidate, the conservative bulk of this country could get behind her.

If that happens then the liberals have to put up a woman that is well liked and well respected and seen to have those same qualities but with a liberal ideology…Oprah Winfrey.

With the multitudes of millions of dollars she has she would be much more successful at buying the oval office than Ross Perot ever dreamed of, and if you look at the number of votes he got. On top of the money she could spend on her campaign she would have the resources of the Obama administration to back her play for the position as well as the entire liberal media.

If she does run we might as well hang it up unless the vast majority of Americans have gotten up off of their couches and learned what the liberal agenda is doing to our nation…
